 Sobha finally bites the bullet- plans entry into Hyderabad market

Sobha Waterfront Location - Somajiguda Area - 4 acres Units - 238 4 blocks 2 basements + 2 stilt + G+14 Clubhouse - G+7 floors Location is odd, maybe Sobha wants to make a landmark in the middle of the city.

Another Bangalore builder - Brigade also chose odd locations like Rd No. 7 Banjara Hills and Sanath Nagar away from West Hyderabad, where majority of the large projects are based.

Prestige has stuck to West Hyderabad market and has been able to build its presence and brand awareness. Likewise, Purvankara chose Attapur, away from IT belt but closer to the IT areas and towards the airport.
