HMDA auctions Apr 2018 - Bidders go ballastic

Nallagandla sees 72,000 per sqyd
Tellapur - 41,000 per sqyd
Mayuri Nagar Miyapur - 66,000 per sqyd
Shankarpalli/ Bhanoor - 17,000 per sqyd

P.S. : Remember the auctions of 2006/07. Hope the market has learnt some lessons from that fiasco or the Mr. market is lucky to get a new set of investors with no bad taste of those years.😄

  1. Hello Sir,

Need your suggestion. Do you think Mokila is better for investment or Pati ghanpur? I have a plot in Mokila, I want to sell this and buy a plot in Pati ghanpur (near Narayana college).
I feel Mokila is far way and Pati ghanpur is closer to Financial district. Please advise.

    1. Hi Jayabharath,

Success of a locality is based on who lives in that locality. Mokila has a set of premium investors and ventures, so it will retain value. Pati does not have any premium layouts. Distance wise after the construction of Radial Road 7 extn, Mokila- Kondakal should be nearer than Pati or atleast equidistant. All the best

    2. I found your blog post on "HMDA Auctions: Bidders Go Ballastic!" both insightful and compelling. Your analysis of the competitive auction environment clearly illustrates the dynamic nature of the real estate market in Hyderabad, detailing how aggressive bidding strategies are reshaping property acquisition. The post does an excellent job of breaking down the factors driving such an energetic auction scene and provides readers with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the sector. With the market evolving so rapidly, staying on top of these trends is essential for anyone looking to make strategic investments. For those considering ways to add value to their properties, I highly recommend exploring the innovative remodeling solutions offered by R for Remodelers. Their expertise can help transform spaces into modern, attractive investments that stand out in today’s competitive market.
