    Thank you for the information, any reconditions on this project, location wise is it good to purchase when compared to velimala, kollur area.

    Survey Number 394 total extent is put under prohibited property list under section-22(A) on notification of K.S.Ratnam ex-MLA, Chevella. How did they able to get permissions?(In reference to survey numbers 387, 388 and 394 mentioned in this environmental clearance report http://environmentclearance.nic.in/state/Form_8A_PDF.aspx?pid=188360&prono=SIA/TG/MIS/215211/2021)

      I am not sure how good is the process with Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change with respect to title ownership. If the survey no. is under dispute, HMDA will hold approval. Earlier as well the plotting project in the same land parcel was withdrawn because of issues with land title.
